The route to success hasn’t been without its shares of obstacles. From facing near bankruptcy, Brian and Brandi took what they learned through the hard knocks of living through the real estate crash of the early 2000s to learn, grow and better educate not only themselves but their clients and friends in real estate. What started off small- primarily with close clients, family and friends-eventually grew to a point where they needed a foundation to properly manage the assets. Relying on the decade plus of residential real estate sales and investment services they studied existing companies and created a model to allow them to answer the issues plaguing the industry. As a result, Sealey Team Property Management was formed! Their innovative business model integrates the customer service and management disciplines of the institutional property management industry at a local level. This unique approach and their commitment to hiring the very best professionals have resulted in a rapid business growth aimed for long-lasting tenure in Tallahassee. Their goal is simple: to be becoming the most respected and trusted local property management brand in the city.
From the beginning serving the community has always been at the foremost of Brian’s complete vision. When the J.
